I bought an Apple MacBook Pro on 21st November 2007. It came with OS X Version 10.4 and not the latest 10.5. I am most disappointed with Apple and the store from which I bought it, 3G Mobile Ltd in St. Stephens Green Dublin. The store should now arrange for the update to be sent to me but they are not interested in helping me.

Very poor service which reflets badly on Apple.

I feel your pain. But, Apple aren’t the only ones screwing their users over! Windows users were equally PISSED by Microsoft with the release of Vista; And it costs so much!!! Additionally, it seems in many instances that Performance on Windows XP is better than that of Vista! I’m still using XP, myself. I can’t wait for Radiance to release OS Waterfalls! Now, that’s gonna’ be something revolutionary that Linux, Microsoft, or Apple are unable to deliver. An actual change in our user paradigm…
